If rain is forecast, you may reschedule at no cost with at least 48 hours notice. For safety, we recommend skaters follow staff instructions, wear properly fitted skates, and avoid rough play. A trained staff member will remain on the ice throughout the rental period in visible referee attire.
Your rental includes the 1,500 square foot ice skating rink, 80 pairs of skates, white stanchion fencing with plastic chain, trained staff member, and professional installation and dismantling. Before delivery, ensure a flat, hard, level surface (irregular surfaces may require subfloor installation at extra cost), provide digital photos of the area, parking for loading and unloading, and a minimum 4 foot door clearance or 8 foot elevator for indoor setups. Property owner approval and insurance certificate are required.
